This dog was probably made in the middle of this era. 

Unusually nice fur detail. 

Older restoration, minor seam cracking. 

This figure is considered in very good condition. 

Background:  This figure and several others were purchased in Hot Springs, AR by an Antique Dealer in the 50’s from an individual.  This dog was displayed in Little Rock for years in the office of a veterinarian who was a family member.  Last year I found it on display as part of an estate.  It was displayed in the antique shop of a daughter of the first dealer.

42" tall from floor to top of the dog's head 
54" from tip of front feet to tip of back feet 
5" top of head to base of mouth 
7 1/2" top of head to tip of ears 
8" wide head 
10" wide at chest 
10 1/2" wide across the front feet span 
8 1/2" across sholders, saddle and rump
